Through my images I hope to instill in viewers a love of nature and a desire to help protect it, whether it be a distant wilderness or as close as one's own back yard. When I'm not transcribing oral, corporate or personal history interviews and editing and proofreading books, websites and articles, I'm out in the garden or at the nature center capturing moments presented by Mother Nature, concentrating especially on floral and insect macros. I sometimes venture into landscapes, skyscapes, automobiles and animals, or the occasional abstract.
