My background stems from Fine Art painting and affinity for human face and figure grew during studies at Academy of Arts. Currently I am portrait /events/documentary photographer. In essence it is capturing the dynamics of social situations and leading characters. When I take pictures at the events I become participant, I listen and observe people and their interaction, I encapsulate what are important and defining moments to capture and concentrate on the details of the face and the body language. Things have changed from the time I have only used pen and paper or oil on canvas. Now days my tools are digital cameras, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, but subject matter is the same.
