Hi…It’s Matthew Sarker…. Live in Azimpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh…. The most beautiful country in the world…. Most of the people I know call me by my nickname "Niloy or M.s. Niloy"….It also became an identity - the other half of me who truly desired to become an artist. I love everything about the arts. Painting, Drawing, Poetry, Song writing, and of course, Photography. I started taking pictures around 7-8 years ago. My first cameras were - Pentax K1000….35mm Film Camera with a 50 mm f/2 Lens in 2005…, and when the digital era came, and with much pain in my heart, I had to shift from Film SLRs to DSLRs (for practical purposes, I guess). I first had a Nikon D40 in 2007 then Canon 500D in 2009, Nikon D90 in 2010 and at last a Nikon D7000 in 2011. When I finish my Fellowship, I plan to get hold of a high-end Nikon Camera, build my very own studio, and travel to around the world...and see our planet through my lens. My love for this form of art will never fade away - it's my escape from reality, my little haven of peace and my comfort from all life's little hurts.
