It all began as a hobby 4 years ago. I've always loved art since I was a child. My Grandfather took lots of pictures of everything and everyone and I've always wondered why. Now I know. Photography is not only an art form but an irreplaceable time capsule. It captures life, whether living or dead. It helps keep our memories of our loved ones alive. Nothing dies in photographs, it lives forever in that moment, in that split second in time. It is a very special and dear form of art to me. Thanks to William Eggleston, for lighting this spark in me and made me learn to see. He is one of the greatest photographers I've ever known! My other influences include Richard Avedon, Cartier Bresson, Joe McNally, Patrick Demarchelier, and Vincent Peters.
I take mainly fashion photographs though I do enjoy all kinds of photography, or anything that convey emotions even from non living things. My aim is to create more thought provoking art in the future geared towards social change.
Last but not least, I'd like to thank my family for always believing in me especially my Dad who loves me so unconditionally. When you have a lot of love in your life, it can really take you places and gives you energy to do great great things.
This is a quote I live by: "Imagination is more important than knowledge" - Albert Einstein
