A native of the Arizona desert, Paul’s photographs have appeared on the cover and pages of Arizona Highways  magazine, calendars and books along with Natures Best magazine and many scenic publications, calendars and  books as well as displayed in fine art galleries. Paul received his bachelors of fine arts from Arizona State University  and had worked as a art director for 17 years for companies like the Scottsdale Center for the Arts in that time he  designed and produced many publications and fine art books along with international touring shows like Frank  Loyd Wrights in the realm of ideas and the Art show for the end of world hunger. before turning all of his  attention to photographing the grandeur of nature.   Paul began photographing nature in 1975 with a 35mm film camera and shortly began working with Medium  format cameras in the 80’s then began working primarily with a wood 4x5 Wista field camera in the 90’s and now   captures  nature’s intimate slices of life and grand landscapes using the Canon 5D & 5D MKII along with the  Canon TS-E 24mm, TS-E 17mm, 24-105mm & 16-35mm lenses. Wildlife images comes from 100-400 mm and macro work  from the 100mm & MP-E 65mm.
