Looking at this now, there are so many things that I wish I'd tweaked with the composition. At the time, I was distracted by the smell of my shoes and tripod feet melting.
Taken on a photo tour with Bruce Omori from Extreme Exposures. Not only is he one of the nicest people I've ever met, he's also one of the best lava photographers on the planet. I have much MUCH to learn.
