I spent the night at the Indian Garden campground in Grand Canyon National Park. Saw two rattlesnakes, a bunch of scorpions and this sunset. Overall, I'd say it was a good day.
The next day, my wife and I got charged by a bighorn sheep while hiking out of the canyon. It was a moment that was scary, intense, and incredibly rewarding all at the same time. Too bad I didn't have my camera ready for it.
This is a blend of two exposures to capture the immense dynamic range of the sunset, and is a faithful representation of what I saw with my eyes.
