Kinderdijk is a small village in the Netherlands, located in the province South Holland. To drain the land, a system of 19 windmills was built around 1740. This group of mills is the largest concentration of old windmills in the Netherlands.They have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997.
On July the 15th, me and my companions from South-Africa paid a visit to see this unique piece of Dutch history. The shots were processed in Lightroom and Topaz B/W to give it an old 'look' ...
