This is how a portion of the eastern section of Zion Canyon looks like as seen more than a quarter mile high from the top of Angels Landing. The massive red Navajo sandstone cliff of Observation Point provides a nice backdrop to the Virgin River as it winds around the section aptly named Big Bend and into the rest of Zion Canyon.
