The borgo of "Castelluccio di Norcia" is located atop a hill in the middle of a plateau in front of the Mount Vettore. The plateau is divided into 3 sections: Pian Grande, Pian Piccolo and Pian Perduto. For a total of 15 km², which during the year appear chromatically "poor".
