From the Norfolk Botanical Garden in Norfolk, Virginia, a wonderful place to visit and take photographs. In the summer months the Butterfly House is open and here a very friendly butterfly landed on my shoulder and I coaxed it onto my finger, where it seemed content to stay while I took photos of it. This was shot one-handed. After a few photos I encouraged the butterfly to settle on a nearby flowering bush.
