My 8 month-old daughter is undoubtedly my favourite photographic subject these days, but I rarely share these shots here as they have more family value than artistic merit. Occasionally though, I'll experiment with her as a subject as I did yesterday. The light on her face was just right, and I could see my silhouette reflected in her eyes, so I thought: "that would make for a cool self-portrait!"
