There are many species of Crapemyrtle and most of these are native to Asia. We grow two different species here in the United States. The common Crapemyrtle, Lagerstroemia indica, was introduced in 1747 and has been planted all over the South. You can find many aged trees around old home sites. Over the years there have been literally hundreds of selections named with variations of flower colors, growth habits and mature sizes

Note to Administrators:
Do not bother me at all not like my photo, but that's the point the button: "I do not like this photo" only brings discomfort to those who publicly show our pictures.
People who do this, on condition of anonymity, only demonstrate their cowardice and envy by not commenting, not even the reason for that attitude.
I know there are people who think like me and it is for this reason, I PRAY TO DIRECTORS TO TAKE ANY ACTION WITH RESPECT THERETO.
My contempt for all those acting in cowardice.
Greetings to all
