This is one of four statues on the Swann Memorial fountain. Located in Logan park in center city Philadelphia, The fountain memorializes Dr. Wilson Cary Swann founder of the Philadelphia fountain society.
The four figures represent four rivers in the area. This one reflects the Delaware river.
I got lucky with this sunset behind the statue with the shower of water from the fountains many spouts.
