This photo is from one of the more magnificent sunsets I've ever seen over the Mendenhall Lake. I've shared other compositions at other times, but the exclusion of an extreme foreground in this image allowed me to use an aperture that gives much more sharpness throughout the frame. The middle and background deserve that sharpness.
