The Dubai Fountain is illuminated by 6,600 lights and 50 coloured projectors, it is 275 m (902 ft) long and shoots water 150 m (490 ft) into the air.
This shot is a vertical panorama (Vertorama), result of stitching two landscape shots. The fountains were shot separately at very high shutter speed and included back in the final shot.
This was shot from the Address Hotel, where you can see the several terraces and swimming pool in the foreground.
