Arriving at Richmond Park for 5am, we hoped to find some red deer bathed in glorious sunrise light. However, not only did we not find the deer at first but there was a totally overcast sky. Thankfully, we did eventually find some Stags having an early breakfast in amongst all the tall grasses. With poor natural light, I opted for a B&W conversion, as the fur and antler textures seemed to suit it really well, and contrast nicely with both the bright foreground grass and dark background trees.
