Do you think that he looks like the guy in the movie "Predator", or "King" in Tekken? Sometimes the bear submerged his body in water, so the body would be all wet, while the head is still dry and still have the fluffiness in it. Which makes it look like having a human body with a bear head when standing up. It's pretty cool.
