A case of being at the right place at the right time. I like how you have got the sun positioned in between the buildings. As for me I use a free web app called suncalc. It gives you the position of the sun at any given time on any day placed on a google map. Which would be good for figuring out when the sun is going to be in a specific position, like in between two buidlings. Here is a link to the app:
