We went down to Miner’s Beach for a sunset shot and as we got to the beach, we noticed another photographer setup. So, we went around the corner trying to decide just where to shoot (he was there first and we wanted to stay out of his shot).
So we found this cool little area and weren’t 100% sure about it. We were about to leave and head back towards the beach when 3 more photographers popped out of the woods! Arrgh!
Then a few more emerged.
Then some more.
Where the trees giving birth to these guys or something? Where were they all coming from? We’d had this place totally to ourselves the first few times, now this? Well, wasn’t long before we determined it was a photo workshop.
So, we stayed put and it’s kinda funny. As the clouds left the horizon and the sun broke though I think it turned out we had the best spot of the night!
I clicked away frantically trying to catch the perfect wave as the sun dipped down. I only had a few minutes, but it was enough to grab this shot you see here.
