I took this photograph while fishing at Lake Nippising in Ontario. The abandoned backside of a tool shed and old bear hunt sign caught my eye immediately. It's a series of eight ten minute exposures stacked. I light painted with two flashlights - one with a red and one with a yellow filter. The stars are rather faint because there was a nearly full moon that night. This image, like the photograph West Arm Lodge Boats, required me to wear an excessive number layers of clothing in order to avoid getting eaten by mosquitos. I developed in Aperture 3 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 9.
