Sometimes just when all seems lost for a shoot, you get a tiny window of opportunity. Marianne and I had been hanging around Inverpolly that afternoon but the grey skies looked far from promising. As we were driving back to Ullapool SYHA (full of hikers at the time), there was a sliver of light as we drove past Ardmair just outside of Ullapool. Light rain made the contrasts of stones give this boat some added interest.
