Two light set up, key light is a 400w Elinchrom D-Lite at half power with a 24" softbox at camera left and an SB900 back light at 1/16 power on SU-4 mode zoomed to 200mm with a Honl grid.
The picture was shot at a downward angle of 45 degrees and a two stop ND filter was used to achieve the shallow depth of field.
