Also I have send you many e-mails trying to buy your photo, but you never answer me. Anyway, I am really sorry for everything. Your picture has been removed from my website.

Mr. Jose Luis Avila Herra : I have never received any email from you. I see that you have used my photo on your website and you distribute it as a "free photo" (http://www.bancodeimagenesgratis.com/2012/01/buho-blanco-descendiendo-sobre-la-nieve.html) and you use your web site to make money with adsense. You cannot used copyrighted photos without permission and 1) distribute them as "free" on the internet 2) make money from this. I hope you realize this is not legal and you expose yourself to be sued.

A beautiful shot! I have seen one standing on a post, it virtually never moved...and the cold got the better of me..when i came back the bird was gone.I love your photographs!
