James Addy has been riding high in the world of Supermoto for 8 years winning numerous national championships and competing on both the British and European stage. He began his riding career at the age of fourteen initially competing in Motocross where he soon discovered a passion and a talent for the sport. He competed successfully until 2004 when he joined Supermoto.

Supermoto can best be described as a mixture of Motocross and road racing. Its nature demands more technical skills from riders rather than flat out speed.

James has made a real stamp on the world of Supermoto moving from competing in and wining numerous national championships to finishing second in two consecutive British Championships in 2010/11. The highlight of his career however was being picked to represent the UK in the DES Nations in which his team finished 2nd.

As well as continuing to compete in nationals, James now regularly competes in European Championships in which he currently lies 7th. This is enabling him to develop his riding career further. Constantly improving, he rises to the challenge which has delighted his team and sponsors.
