I have know that old man over the past six years,I see him every year less than ten times over the period of my two weeks that I spent in Istanbul,he is selling large sized posters of Istanbul,nearly twenty on each side of his body ,and because of its heavy weight ,he have done this collar that he hangs the posters with,so it is the collar of his living,that collar that assist him in his living .
