I am often amazed by the impact one can have on the world. Every day I am surprised by how small actions can reflect huge consequences or rewards! Just the right words at just the right time can completely flip someone’s day, like the security guard I called “Beautiful and awesome” the other day. She was beside herself and just kept grinning the rest of the day every time I passed, even though the compliment was simple; but it was genuine. We have a chance to shine light on others through every action and word that leaves our mind, and it is our responsibility to control what we shed into the world. Be thoughtful when considering your words and mindful when taking a stand for something, whether negative or positive. YOU are changing the world every day, and YOU can make that change for the better!

The model here is JOEL, who completely exemplifies a person that shines light into the world. His calm but radiant kindness and the passion he has for helping others is humbling to say the least and I am so blessed to call him my friend. Not to mention he has the best expressions ever! Thank you to Ali Uher for manning the lightbulbs and allowing me to have all unique angles on each lightbulb!
