Travel with an Om D
Glenorchy a 40 minute drive north of Queenstown , it is the best drive we have ever done , it even beats the west coast of america and The Big Sur , a fantastic trip that you could spend 3 hours doing (with stops for the views).
Glenorchy is right bag in the middle of some of the key locations for Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit.
