This is the Ben Franklin Bridge that goes between Philadelphia and New Jersey. It also carries the PATCO high speed line which travels between Center City Philadelphia to Lindenwold, NJ. I can't think of another bridge that I have been over that has a rail line that goes along underneath it but there might be another.
