After visiting Lake Tekapo, the snow set in on our last night and this was evident on the mountains as we headed towards Mount Cook. Along the way, there were patches of brilliant autumn colour and the lighting was perfect for the incredible blues of Lake Pukaki. If only our little girl wasn't upset during the drive, we could have stayed longer to appreciate!
