Patagonia is well known for the strong winds always blowing from the mountains to the plains. On my first day near Cerro Torre, the wind was so strong that I could barely get any picture. Cerro Torre was hidden under the clouds, small rocks and dust was sandblasting everything and chunks of ice from the glaciers were pushed to the shore. But the view of the raging elements was so beautiful and strong that I had to capture something before heading back to the camp.
