San Francis of Assisi Church at Mariana, Brazil. This church is attributed to the master of Baroque "Aleijadinho", which translates to "little cripple" because he had leprosy (lost many fingers and had the carving tools tied to his arm) but still worked and carved statues and churches by hand, back in the 18th century. This image was taken from the 2nd floor window of one of the 1st courthouse/prisons in Brazil dating from the late 1700's.
