I like the building and it's symmetry, but there is nothing in this shot to pull me in and I think the B&W gives it a 1950's post card feeling. Sorry, I love most of your photos, they seem to have a very humanistic flavor to them, even the portraits of squirrels. Perhaps if this shot were loaded with people I would find it more appealing. Thanks for making me think, though.

I prefer this version of the photo more, but I am a fan of black and white photos anyway. They seem to speak differently than a full color version...as for this one I think that in black and white it creates a more dramatic look and feel. The dark water with the light sky, the beautiful building with all the arches and domes all these little details stand out so much. It truly is a great shot and a fantastic building! Thanks for sharing this version with all of us.
