African Nightfall
As the last light of twilight faded from the sky and the stars slowly started twinkling in the sky, the colors changed from a soft blue to a magenta and then over to this orange. It was my first time seeing this color in a night sky. It only lasted for about 20 minutes before fading to the more common blue/black night sky.

This is one of the best Makgadikgadi images I have seen so far. I know the place very well. I was going there before it became famous and before those ugly camping facilities were erected. It is a magical place, especially during the starry nights or full moon. One of my favorite places in Botswana. Thank you for sharing this image. God bless, Mareko
