First of all I want to thank everyone for faves, feedbacks and votes of the previous version, I tried to thank individually and I think I replied every single message, but if I did not (I received over 700 emails) I highly appreciate and thank.
I decided to make second version, as you see angle is the same but a bit different position stepping back and smoother post processing.

Canon 5D Mark II, Canon 16-35 EF f/2.8L USM II.
Handheld three exposures processed in Photomatix Pro, distortion reduced in PTLens, B & W and selective colour effect added in Silver Efex Pro 2 and completed work in Photoshop CS5.
