Spirit bear, BC. This was my 4th time photographing Spirt bears in British Columbia, Canada, and it was a spectacular as the first time. Spirt bears are rare black bears with a recessive gene. Outside British Columbia only about one in a million black bears is white. Only 150-400 currently occur in the wild.
