This was a great display of lupines this past spring in the Palouse. I shot this field of lupine on three different occasions on this trip and was blessed with decent light each time.
This image is three images blended for DOF, all 3 images were shot at f/11. There was a slight breeze: two exposures were shot at ISO 1600, and the last image was shot at ISO 160 for the background/sky.
