I have not uploaded an Underground image in a while as I have been busy processing my Open House images (which I am still doing). I went out yesterday into London to get some more practice with my Sony A77 which you will be pleased to hear I am getting used to now. I had a few places that I made a list of to visit around London and managed to get a few of them before I had to head home.
Embankment Underground station has been on my list for a year or so for a revisit as last tiime I went the images were not right and a little out of focus. This tunnel you have to get down low on your knees to get the correct perspective due to the advert walls being lower than in other tunnels on the network.
This image was taken slightly lower than on my knees but don't worry I did't lie down, I made use of my live view and flip out screen to get this. Believe it or not I still use the view finder 95% of the time at the moment but the live view and flip out screen gives me more creativity and unusual angles that I couldn't achieve with my old A700.
On other news I have been running a logo competition over on 99Designs for the last week. Its the last day today and I get to pick a winner. All being well I will unveil the new logo on my next image upload.
