In Celtic mythology, Adsullata was a solar deity, river goddess of the continental Celts associated with the River Sava.
She is also known as Esyllt, “she who is gazed upon” and can be found as Esyllt in the Cymric tale of “Drystan ac Essyllt,” which later became known as the tale of “Tristan and Isolde.”
