Siena's Duomo is one of Italy's greatest cathedrals. Built between 1136-1382, the Duomo is a spectacular collection of sculptures, paintings and Romanesque-Gothic architecture. Especially interesting are the heads of each pope since St. Peter, shown in partial view in this photo.
