The seaside is slowly becoming one of my favourite places to shoot. It gives me pause and much needed inspiration to ponder philosophical mysteries. There’s something oddly captivating about the apparent serenity of the ocean, especially at dawn. Looking at an image the calm sea, one wouldn’t be able to fathom the deadly force it packs. This photo was taken at dawn, shortly before the sun took centre stage. In a tempest, the sea rages with a vengeance like no other. No person can claim to be the master of the sea. The only thing we can do is look beyond the tempest, pick up the pieces and start building a new future. With every new day comes new hope. I am sure those to whom this is dedicated will understand the message and take heart.
