If I don't make a mistake these flies are not bees.
They are belong to Syrphidae Family (Hoverflies)

I don't get it. This is not the way bees reproduce. The one on the bottom is not the queen. She wouldn't even be outside the hive at all. In fact, those two are actually workers (who are male). Queer bees? Yikes!
