Driving into the park during my 2012 vacation to Glacier National Park, the sky was clear and the water was calm at Lake McDonald. The devastation from the 2007 wildfire is evident on the west side of the lake as thousands of "toothpicks" litter the hillside.

CPL was indeed used. The 11-16 will work on a full frame with just a bit of vignetting when zoomed to 16. This shot is cropped to 5123x3415 to eliminate the vignetting and pull the framing just a bit. Tree on the right was a bit of an issue. You're looking at 85% of the original photo.
While the 11-16 is a decent mid range lens the amount of chromatic aberration I have to deal with regardless of which body I'm using (I was carrying a 7D as well) is a bit frustrating. I home to invest in a 14 L or 16-35 L fairly soon to deal with a lot of these issues.
