This building is by the 30th Street Station and it is right outside of the border which delineates "Center City" with the other neighborhoods of the city. On certain streets this thing just looms out at you and it's unique design is quite appealing. Depending on how you view it can look like it's just one piece of glass and you don't see the other sides.
