Hey Yasmen. This is actually a composition of more than one photograph. It's called "working in layers" in Photoshop. The idea is to take more than one photograph, and combine them "merge" them. For this self-portrait I used 3 photos to create an "HDR" composition (you have to take pictures in "RAW" format, instead of JPG), then I merged it with two more photos (always "RAW") from my collection of texture photos. Taking pictures in RAW and learning to work with layers in Photoshop will open a whole new universe of creative possibilities for you. You can google the terms in quotation marks to learn more:)
