Please look carefully in the kingfisher's mouth , the gray mass is the pellet.
A bird's food includes much indigestible parts like : the exoskeletons of insects, plant matter, bones, fur, feathers, bills, claws, and teeth, which will be regurgitate as a mass , that is a pellet .
This is the first time I saw it came out of a bird.
