I used to capture this shot a Canon 5D Mark II which is the best of the best in my mind equipped by Sigma 15mm Fisheye " a wonderful Lens for Architecture lines " plus a broken tripod LooL.
My wife was holding the tripod while holding the camera for manual focusing .. i Like The Final Result so hope you too.
