This was my very first visit to Sparks Lake many moons ago. I drove up here without any prior scouting and just hoped that I would find my way in the dark to the right spots along the lake. While shooting, I met fellow photographer Thomas Kaspar. He and his wife had been camped out at the lake for over a week. They had experienced blue skies every sunset and sunrise up until this morning. I know he was cursing me under his breath because I just happened upon this scene on my first try :)
