You should be able to find cup lichens also in South China - it's worldwide spread. As for the light - I didn't do that much on it...just had luck with the natural one. Though I did a little - but my premisses are just to add what the cam did not catch, if it comes on nature photography. Overdoing it appears like a betrayal to Mother Earth ;)
