Plant oils from decaying leaves fascinate me, and I enjoy returning to Zion each and every year to explore the macro world of plant oils. The standard image includes leaves to provide scale and context. I often enjoy seeing what I can do in a more abstract light, in this example, using the golden reflection from bounce light on the canyon walls to contrast with the blue oils. Thanks for looking!
